Fisker filed for Chapter 11 in June 2024. Owners founded the Fisker Owners Association the same month, and when the connection to Fisker’s cloud went down in April 2025, the features that depended on it stopped. The association has since released PKC21, new phone-as-key software built with Chevalier, and runs its own app and eSIM connectivity for members.
Parts come through Tsunami Automotive, set up in August 2024 to source Ocean parts. Members share DIY guides, an owner’s toolkit and a list of workshops that will service the car. The site counts more than 2,900 registered owners in 30 countries.
