June Oven Gen 2

Weber shut down the June app and cloud on 22 September 2026. A volunteer group of June owners built a small replacement server that runs on the oven itself, so preheat, temperature control, timers, cook programs and the live camera work again on the home network.
- ai
- No AI involvement documented.
- caveats
- Beta: installer 0.9.0 was withdrawn because it could put the oven in a restart loop; use 0.9.1. The install takes about an hour, flashes the oven over USB and needs an Intel or AMD PC. Gen 1 expected to work, Gen 3 not supported. June's recipe library is not restored.
- evidence
- Public installer, app and Home Assistant integration.
